How Care Everyday
works for patients

Initial telehealth video visit

You will participate in a 15-30 minute telehealth video visit with a Care Everyday physician who gets to know you, determines your eligibility, reviews your medical history, and creates your personalized care plan.

Easy-to-use devices

Care Everyday sends you a set of easy-to-use health devices that measure and automatically report on your blood pressure, blood glucose and weight. Your health information is automatically sent to a Care Manager who reviews your data every day. The devices are easy to use and don’t require WiFi. Many patients qualify to receive all this at no out-of-pocket cost.

Ongoing relationship

Your dedicated Care Manager works with you to find ways to improve your health. If your health numbers are of concern, your Care Manager will check in with you to discuss next steps. You can always contact your Care Manager by text, phone, or video chat.

Does Care Everyday replace my current primary care doctor?
We do not replace your primary care doctor or specialist. Instead, we collaborate with your current doctors to help deliver the best possible care to you.

Care Everyday becomes a critical component of your own healthcare ecosystem, to help each of your doctors care for you better than ever before.

We have heard from many primary care providers that Care Everyday becomes an incredibly powerful tool in their toolbox, providing a much more complete picture of you — the patient — than they’ve ever had before, which, quite simply, helps them treat you better, leading to better health outcomes.

With Care Everyday, you keep all your existing doctors — we supplement them, collaborate with them, and work in harmony to do the most important thing: keep you healthy.
Do I need Medicare to sign up for Care Everyday?
No. You do not need Medicare to sign up. When you reach out to us by clicking here, we will run a quick and easy check to determine your insurance coverage (if any), work with you to determine the best payment method for you and identify any any financial responsibility you may have. We believe in price transparency, not price confusion.
Are there hidden fees?
We will always tell you prior to signing up and before your first appointment whether you qualify for our program at no out-of-pocket cost, or if you have any financial responsibility.

We can’t guarantee what your insurance will cover or how much they’ll pay, but what we can guarantee is that we’ll tell you upfront, with 100% clarity.
Do I talk to real people, or is this program run by computers and algorithms?
We believe in relationship-driven healthcare. That’s a fancy way of saying that, at the end of the day, human relationships are the most important thing to us, and we’ll treat you just like you’re a part of our family.

When you sign up for Care Everyday, you will be assigned a personal care manager. This person will be a clinician who’s gone through years of clinical training to provide the best possible care to you. Just as important, many of our patients have told us that our care team members are the friendliest, most patient, and most compassionate healthcare professionals they’ve ever encountered.

Once you’re assigned a personal Care Manager, that becomes your person, available to help you whenever you need, with concierge-level service. Your personal Care Manager will correspond with you regularly about your health and is just a call, text, or video appointment away when you need them.
How do I sign up?
You can sign up by clicking here and filling out your contact information. We will give you a call and can set you up with a telehealth appointment right away! During this appointment, one of our expert physicians will determine if the Care Everyday program is a good fit for you. We promise to be patient, to listen, and to always be respectful of your time.  
Will this negatively affect my Medicare coverage or cause my insurance premiums to go up?
Absolutely not. Remote patient monitoring is a service that Medicare and other insurance companies pay for.

And when you think about why, it makes sense: Care Everyday’s services have the potential to keep you healthier so you can stay away from the hospital  and to promote positive health outcomes. In short, it’s a win for patients, a win for insurance companies, and a win for the healthcare system as a whole.
Can I stop being a patient of Care Everyday after signing up, or is there some sort of commitment?
There are no long-term obligations when signing up with Care Everyday, so you can cancel anytime. Our only aim is to do everything we can to keep you healthy. If you decide at any time that Care Everyday is no longer a good fit for your healthcare plan, just let us know, and we’ll part ways as ongoing commitment, no financial penalty, and no hard feelings. We want what’s best for you.
What if I have technical issues with the medical devices Care Everyday provides?
Our job is to make your life as easy as possible. If you have any issues with the devices we provide, we will talk through it with you, try to help, and send new devices to you if that’s what’s needed.
